Websites that earn their keep.

A website is not a brochure. It is the one salesperson that works while you sleep, and it should be measured that way.

What we build

Most businesses need one of four things, and the difference matters more than it sounds.

Business and brochure sites. Five to fifteen pages that explain who you are, prove you are credible and make it obvious how to contact you. This is what a clinic, a law firm, a manufacturer or a consultancy usually needs. The job is trust and enquiries, and every decision on the page should serve one of those two.

Online stores. Product catalogue, cart, payment gateway, shipping rules, order management. We build these on Shopify or WooCommerce when you want to run it yourself, or custom when your catalogue or pricing logic is unusual enough that off-the-shelf fights you.

Web applications. Software that lives in a browser and does real work — booking systems, admin dashboards, internal tools, customer portals, membership sites. These involve user accounts, databases and permissions, so they are scoped and priced differently from a website.

Landing pages. Single pages built for one campaign and one action. Fast to build, fast to test, and the right first step if you want to validate an ad campaign before committing to a full site.

Custom software and internal tools. Not everything belongs on a public website. Billing and invoicing tools, inventory and stock systems, staff rosters, job-card tracking for service businesses, reporting dashboards. Usually the highest-value work we do, because it replaces a spreadsheet that three people are emailing back and forth.

Integrations

Most projects need to talk to something else. The ones we set up most often:

  • Payment gateways — Razorpay, PayU, Stripe and Cashfree, including UPI, cards, netbanking and EMI options.
  • WhatsApp Business API for order updates, appointment reminders and automated replies, which in India outperforms email for transactional messages by a wide margin.
  • CRM and lead routing so enquiries land in Zoho, HubSpot or a Google Sheet rather than a single inbox nobody checks on Sunday.
  • Invoicing and GST tools, plus Tally exports where your accountant needs them.
  • Maps, calendars, SMS and email providers for booking, delivery and notification flows.

How we build

The stack depends on the job. For content-driven sites we use hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript or a static framework, because it is faster and cheaper to host than anything else. For sites you need to update daily, we use WordPress or a headless CMS so your team can edit without calling us. For applications, React or Next.js on the front with a Node or Python backend.

Whatever the stack, a few things do not vary:

  • Mobile first. The majority of Indian web traffic is on a phone, often on a patchy connection. We design for that screen and that network first, then scale up to desktop.
  • Performance as a feature. We target a Google PageSpeed score above 90 on mobile. Images are compressed and served in modern formats, scripts are kept lean, and we do not load a 400KB framework to animate a button.
  • Search foundations from day one. Clean URL structure, unique titles and meta descriptions on every page, semantic headings, structured data, an XML sitemap and a robots file. Retrofitting SEO onto a finished site costs more than building it in.
  • Accessibility. Real heading hierarchy, alt text, keyboard-navigable menus, sufficient colour contrast. It is the right thing to do and it happens to be good for rankings.
  • Analytics wired up. Google Analytics 4 and Search Console configured and verified before launch, with conversion events on the actions that matter. A site you cannot measure is a site you cannot improve.

What every build includes

No line items appear on the invoice that were not in the quote. As standard, every website we deliver comes with responsive layouts, an SSL certificate, a contact form that reaches your inbox, basic on-page SEO, analytics setup, a favicon and social sharing images, and a handover session where we walk you through editing your own content.

You also get the source files and every login. Domain, hosting, CMS, analytics — registered in your name, not ours. This is deliberate. Some agencies keep the keys as a retention strategy; we would rather keep you because you want to stay.

Timeline and cost

A landing page is usually a few days. A standard business site runs two to four weeks depending on how quickly content and photographs come back from you, which is honestly the most common cause of delay. Online stores take three to six weeks. Web applications are scoped individually because the range is enormous.

We quote a fixed price against a written scope rather than an hourly rate. You know the number before we start. If you later want something outside that scope, we price it separately and you decide — no surprise line items.

Redesigns and rescues

If you already have a site that is slow, broken on mobile, impossible to update or built by someone who has since disappeared, that is a normal request. We audit what exists, tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing or rebuilding, and preserve your existing search rankings with proper redirects during any migration. Losing your Google position in a redesign is avoidable, and it happens far too often.

Before you ask

Common questions.

Do I need to provide the content and photos?

Ideally yes, and it speeds everything up. If you do not have content ready, we can write it for you and arrange photography as a separate line on the quote. What we will not do is fill your site with stock photos and generic filler text and call it finished.

Can I update the website myself afterwards?

Yes, if you tell us that at the start. We will build on a CMS and show you how to use it. If you would rather not touch it, we offer a maintenance plan where you email us changes.

What will hosting cost me every year?

For most business sites, very little — sometimes nothing beyond the domain, because modern static hosting has generous free tiers. Stores and applications need real hosting, typically a few thousand rupees a month. We will tell you the actual running cost before you commit, and it goes on your own account so you are never dependent on us to keep the site online.

Do you work with clients outside Kerala?

Yes. This work is remote by nature — video calls, email and WhatsApp cover it. We can work with you anywhere in India or abroad.
