Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

Teculix (“we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship registered in Kerala, India, operating teculix.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information. If anything here is unclear, email team@teculix.com and we will explain it in plain terms.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form, you provide your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, service interest, budget range and a description of your project. When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we hold whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects your approximate location (usually city level), device and browser type, the pages you viewed, how you arrived, and how long you stayed. It does not identify you by name.
Information from clients. If you become a client, we will hold the business and contact details needed to deliver the work and issue invoices, and we may be given access to your accounts and systems in order to do that work.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To deliver services you have engaged us for.
- To issue invoices and meet Indian tax and accounting obligations.
- To understand which parts of our site are useful and improve them.
- To send occasional updates, only if you have asked to receive them.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
What we will never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add enquiry senders to a marketing list without their consent.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed. These currently include our website host and form-handling provider, our email provider, our analytics provider, and where relevant an accountant for invoicing and tax compliance. Each is bound by its own obligations to protect the data.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so by Indian law or a valid legal request.
Some of these providers operate outside India, meaning your information may be stored or processed abroad. We use established providers who apply recognised safeguards to international transfers.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies for analytics. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies for third-party ad networks on teculix.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally without them.
If we add advertising pixels in future, this policy will be updated and a consent notice will be shown before any such cookie is set.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Client records are kept for eight years after the engagement ends, which is the retention period Indian tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard settings.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry submissions and client records is restricted to the people who need it, and accounts holding personal data are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your information where we are not legally required to keep it, or stop sending you communications. Email team@teculix.com and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. Once you follow those links you are on their platforms, governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly.
