How quickly will I hear back?

Within one working day, usually sooner. If it has been longer, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us — occasionally an email lands in spam.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

No. The initial call and the written quote that follows are free. We only invoice once you have approved a scope.

I am not sure what I need. Is that a problem?

Not at all, and it is common. Describe the business problem rather than the technical solution and we will work out what actually solves it — sometimes that is smaller and cheaper than what you expected.

Do you take small projects?

Yes. A single landing page, a site fix, a Google Business Profile setup — all fine. Small good work is how longer relationships usually start.
