Why we exist

Most small businesses have had a bad experience with a web or marketing vendor. The pattern repeats: an impressive pitch, a large deposit, a long silence, a result that nobody can update, and a set of logins that mysteriously stay with the agency. Somewhere in the middle the person who sold the work stops replying and a junior takes over.

Teculix was started to run the opposite way. Fixed scope. Fixed price. Direct access to the person doing the work. Every account in the client's name. And a willingness to say no to projects we are not the right fit for, which turns out to be the single most useful thing a vendor can offer.

What being new means

We started in 2026. We are not going to dress that up with invented statistics or a portfolio of projects we did not do — you can find plenty of agency sites claiming hundreds of happy clients, and a fair number of those numbers are decorative.

Being new has real costs. We do not yet have a long case study list. We have not been tested by ten years of edge cases. Those are fair things to weigh.

It also has real advantages, and they are not small. Your project is not one of forty. It gets attention that a busy agency structurally cannot give it. Our pricing reflects a studio building a reputation rather than one covering an office lease and a sales team. And the first few projects matter disproportionately to us, because everything that follows will come from what those first clients say about us.

How we work

We quote before we build. A written scope with deliverables, timeline and a fixed number. If the scope changes, we price the change and you approve it before any work happens.

We show work early and often. A preview link exists from the first week. You should never be waiting weeks to find out whether we understood you.

You own everything. Domain, hosting, code, CMS, analytics, ad accounts — registered to you. We will hand over every credential and document how it fits together, whether or not you continue with us.

We say what we cannot do. If a project needs a skill we do not have or a team larger than ours, we will tell you before you pay a deposit. There are jobs we will refer elsewhere. That is not lost business; it is the whole basis of a referral network.

Where we work

We are based in Kerala, India, and set up to work with clients anywhere. This kind of work is remote by nature: a written scope and a weekly call cover most of it, whatever the time zone. If you are in Kerala, we are happy to meet in person.

Business details

Teculix is a sole proprietorship registered in Kerala, India, holding Udyam (MSME) registration and a K-SWIFT registration with the Government of Kerala. Registration numbers, GST status where applicable, and a formal quotation are provided with any proposal. If you need documentation for your own compliance or vendor onboarding, ask and we will send it.

What we will not do

A short list, offered because it tells you more than a values statement would. We will not run ads through our own account and show you a summary. We will not hold your logins as leverage. We will not promise a Google ranking. We will not fill your website with stock photography and generic text and call it a brand. And we will not tell you a project is going well when it is not.
